I got into real estate because I’ve always been drawn to the idea of helping people make meaningful transitions in their lives. A home isn’t just a property—it’s where people build their future, create memories, and feel grounded. I wanted a career where I could combine my love for people, my interest in the housing market, and my drive to make a positive impact. What I enjoy most is the moment when a client feels at ease—when they realize they’re supported, understood, and guided. Whether it’s celebrating a first‑time buyer’s closing or helping a seller move confidently into their next chapter, being part of those milestones is incredibly rewarding.

I’m big on honesty and communication. No pressure, no confusing jargon, no disappearing halfway through the process. I want clients to feel comfortable asking anything and to know I’m always in their corner. They can expect me to be responsive, straightforward, and genuinely invested in their goals. I’ll keep them updated, explain things clearly, and make sure they feel supported from start to finish.

Outside of real estate, I’m usually doing something that gets me outside or lets me be creative. I love gardening — it’s my happy place — and painting is another way I unwind. I spend a lot of time with family and friends, and if the weather’s nice, I’m probably outdoors somewhere. And I’m definitely a football fan, so game days are always a fun event for me.

I love living and working in South Carolina because it has such a welcoming, easygoing feel. The mix of natural beauty, great weather, and friendly people makes it a place that’s really hard to beat. Every community has its own personality, but they all share that same sense of warmth and connection. What I appreciate most is how people here genuinely care about their neighborhoods and each other. Whether it’s local events, small businesses, or just everyday interactions, there’s a strong sense of pride and community. It makes helping people find their place here even more meaningful.
