I started in real estate because I wanted to learn about how the home buying process works and I wanted to be able to educate people on what it looks like to be able to buy a home. I enjoy helping my clients make one of the most important investments of their life.
I believe that buying a home is an important investment and although the perfect home may not check every box it should at least cover the important ones. I want my clients to know I want to get them into the home that they can still be happy about a year after closing.
The Downing Team is led by experienced agents that have a wealth of knowledge to offer re-submerging agents like me. I wanted to surround myself with people who know the business and do it the right way.
Outside of real estate I enjoy being close to nature. I love taking my kids on hikes through blue ridge mountain trails or going down to the river to relax.
South Carolina truly has everything! We have mountains, we have lakes, we have coastline, and we have great people. There truly is something to be said about southern charm. I think the old license plates said it best….”Smiling Faces, and Beautiful Places”!
