I lead with a people-first attitude in everything I do. My passion for helping others is what brought me into real estate, and it’s what keeps me giving 100% to every client, every time. You’re not a number — you’re a person and I’m here to help.

I was drawn to The Downing Group because I wanted to be part of something bigger than myself — a team that’s #1 in the Midlands for a reason. Being surrounded by top-tier talent pushes me to raise my own game every single day. What I value most is being part of a winning culture, where everyone is driven, supported, and constantly striving to deliver the best possible experience for our clients.

Outside of real estate, my favorite moments are the simple ones — spending quality time with my husband and daughters. I love being in the kitchen, whether I’m baking something sweet or trying out a new recipe, and I’m always up for exploring new foods. When we’re not in the kitchen, you can usually find us gathered around the table for a good card game or board game.

South Carolina isn’t just where I work — it’s home. I was born and raised right here in the Midlands, and I can’t imagine building my life or my career anywhere else. There’s something special about the hospitality here; people genuinely care about their neighbors, and that warmth carries into every community I get to serve. Add in the sunshine and warm weather, and it’s easy to see why I love it here.
