Brenda Williams is a seasoned real estate professional who began her career in 2006, bringing extensive market knowledge, leadership, and business expertise to every client she serves. Originally from the Upstate of South Carolina, she has proudly called Chapin home since 2017 and has a strong understanding of the local market.
She holds several respected designations, including ABR®, Certified Real Estate Pricing Specialist, REALTOR®, and MRP®, and is a member of the Building Industry Association, giving her added insight into new construction and market trends. After more than a decade as Owner and CFO of five Badcock Home Furniture & More locations, Brenda returned to real estate with sharpened financial and negotiation skills.
Known for her client-first approach, Brenda delivers clear guidance and results-driven service for both buyers and sellers. Outside of work, she enjoys time with her 12 grandchildren, the lake, the beach, Pilates, and her two dogs.
