As a lifelong resident of the Upstate, Jennifer Nelson brings more than 40 years of firsthand knowledge and connection to Greenville County and the surrounding communities. Having spent most of her life in the Travelers Rest area and recently purchasing a new home in Mauldin, Jennifer has experienced the growth and unique character of communities throughout the Upstate firsthand. As a newly licensed real estate professional with The Downing Team at Keller Williams Drive, she combines that deep local knowledge with personal experience buying and selling several homes of her own. Outside of real estate, Jennifer’s greatest joy is her family. She and her husband, who is also a newly licensed real estate professional, have raised two children and enjoy spending time together whenever they can. When she’s not helping clients, Jennifer loves being outdoors—hiking, biking, and golfing—and taking advantage of all the Upstate has to offer. Having lived in and recently moved within Greenville County herself, Jennifer understands the excitement and challenges that come with choosing the right community and finding the right home.
