I’m sharing three tips to help you market your home properly for selling.
We became the top listing team in Columbia this year, so I wanted to mention a few professional tips for marketing your home.
1. Use professional photography. Make sure your pictures are excellent. If you have an agent that thinks they can take the photographs, look into some of their other listings and compare them to great pictures on other agent’s listings.
2. Show off the best features first. In today’s age of internet buyers, they want what they want and they want it right now. Buyers are not going to want to skip to picture 35 to see the best elements of the home. The best aspects of the property should be in the first five to 10 photos. That way they can’t miss them.
3. List the best features. Confirm that all the features on your property are actually listed! For example, if you live on an acreage, note that! People often forget some of the greatest features of their home—details are critical.
There are other crucial elements of getting your home sold, such as pricing and condition, but there are many tricks that may not be obvious that you want to make sure are done properly. With these tips, you’ll get many buyers through your home, receive a great number of offers, and potentially get the most money for your property.
